Warranty Statement

Thank you for choosing Aquaflask. We take pride in the quality of our products. We offer a warranty for the Aquaflask product you have purchased, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions of the Aquaflask product for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.


The warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, dents, scratches, or any damage caused by improper handling or storage.

Proof of Purchase

To initiate a warranty claim, please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. It is essential to present the receipt when making a warranty claim.

Warranty Claim Process

In the event of a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact our customer service department (sales@aquaflaskaustralia.com.au). We may request additional information, such as photographs or a detailed description of the issue, to assess the claim.

Repair or Replacement

At our discretion, we will replace the defective Aquaflask product. The decision will be based on the nature of the defect and the availability of parts. The repaired or replacement product will be covered by the remaining duration of the original warranty.

Return Shipping

If a warranty claim is approved, any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service department for the return process.


The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Aquaflask product. It is applicable within the country of purchase.

Governing Law

This warranty statement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Aquaflask product was purchased.
