10. Stock Availability

Availability: All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We strive to keep our stock levels accurate, but inventory discrepancies may occur. Backorders: In cases where a product is on backorder, estimated delivery times will be provided, but delays may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders for backordered items if they become unavailable from our suppliers.

In addition to the above General Website Terms and Conditions, the following terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made through the IONREADY T/A Aquaflask NZ website. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions.

Acceptance of Orders: All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IONREADY T/A Aquaflask NZ will not be liable for any failure to fulfill an order.

Prices: You will be charged the retail price displayed on the website at the time your order is submitted. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Payment: Payments can be made online via MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and other available options at checkout. Please note that certain payment methods may not be accepted online.

12. Delivery

We currently deliver only to New Zealand addresses. Please ensure the delivery address and recipient's name are accurate and complete, including any business name if shipping to a work address, as changes may not be possible after the order is placed. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. While we strive to deliver on the agreed dates, we will not be liable for delays, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Deliveries are typically sent without requiring a signature. If you prefer a signature on delivery, please select this option during checkout. Someone must be available at the delivery point to sign for the order if this option is chosen.

Deliveries to rural addresses or for dangerous goods may take longer in some areas. Delivery is considered complete when the goods arrive at the agreed delivery point, or when they are available for collection if you arrange delivery.

You must notify us within 8 days of the dispatch date (as stated in your dispatch confirmation email) if you have not received your item. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

13. Return

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from IONREADY T/A Aquaflask NZ. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to change or cancel any aspects of it. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your payment. To protect our customers and the integrity of our services, we reserve the right to cancel orders or request alternative payment methods if necessary.
