• We accept all file types, but vector files are ideal for best results. For rasterized images, we recommend at least 300 dpi. PNG files with transparent backgrounds work especially well.

Orders are shipped the next business day, with delivery typically within 1–5 days depending on location. Because of the customized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns but do offer store credit for any print errors.

• Prepare the Surface:
  
  Start by cleaning the surface with soap and water, or a mix of rubbing alcohol and water, to ensure your transfer adheres well.
  

• Peel and Attach:
  
  Carefully peel back the clear carrier sheet from the white backing. Go slowly to make sure every part of your design lifts onto the transparent carrier. If any areas don’t transfer, press with the squeegee again and try from a different angle.

• Apply to Your Item:
  
  Position your design, then use firm, even pressure to squeegee it onto the surface. Check to ensure that each part has transferred smoothly.

• Finishing Touch:
  
  Slowly peel off the carrier sheet, double-checking that all design elements remain on the item. If necessary, press down gently on any areas that didn’t fully transfer.
